I am honoured to announce the launch of my educational workshops. I extend an invitation to those seeking a deeper understanding of the body and self. Every moment of your life is spent in your body, and no one should have more access or authority over your well-being than you.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Join me in exploring the ancestral practice of bone setting and healing, known as Advanced Applied Kinesiology—a tradition passed down by our foremother Hazel Schroeder. These hands-on workshops offer a grounded, practical approach to anatomy and manual manipulation, focusing on uncovering and addressing the root causes of dis-ease rather than merely treating symptoms.
Whether you're new to this work or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your skills, these workshops will provide you with practical tools, anatomical insights, and a more integrated understanding of how the body’s systems are interconnected.
Following each workshop, participants gain access to an ongoing support and mentorship program.
Workshop #1 – Pubic Bone
Discover the pivotal role of the pubic bone in whole-body health and alignment. Misalignment in this small but powerful structure can lead to far-reaching effects—impacting the lower back, knees, hips, bladder function, and more.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
The anatomy of the pelvic girdle and the central importance of the pubic bone
How to recognize signs of misalignment through posture, pain patterns, and symptom tracking
Case study-based diagnostic tools and hands-on assessments
Practical techniques to safely realign the pubic bone and support lasting healing

Workshop #2 – C1 & Neck
Explore the delicate, yet powerful, relationship between the skull, neck, and nervous system—beginning with the atlas (C1), the very first cervical vertebra. Misalignments here can ripple throughout the entire body, affecting jaw tension, migraines, posture, and more.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
The structure and function of the cervical spine with a focus on C1
How misalignments can affect neurological and structural health
Palpation skills and diagnostic techniques using real-world case examples
Gentle, precise methods to adjust the skull and neck to relieve pain and restore balance

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Friday - Foundations & Discussion
We begin with a review of anatomical concepts through guided video instruction. This is followed by group discussion focused on bone setting techniques and the diagnostic process—how to recognize misalignments and understand their root causes.
Saturday - Hands-On Training
Students will engage in supervised, practical application of bone setting techniques. You’ll learn to feel and guide the body’s structure through gentle, effective realignment methods.
Sunday - Real-World Application
The final day focuses on integrating diagnosis with hands-on treatment. Students will work through real case studies or volunteer clients—practicing how to assess, identify misalignments, and apply appropriate corrections in a safe, supportive environment.

Please fill out our Enrolment Form (a maximum of 20 students will be accepted into the program).
After payment is received, a welcome email with finalized details will be sent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Spaces are limited, so we require any cancelations to be made one week prior before workshop start date.
Cancelations made less than one week prior to workshop start date, will incur a cancelation fee of $200.
